Returning an Item

Shipping the Return

Exchanges and Store Credit

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
Should you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, get in touch with us right away. We will organize a no-cost return and will either dispatch a replacement or refund the full purchase price, with no extra charges.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund provided you do so within 24 hours of placing it. After that time, we cannot ensure cancellation and you will need to proceed with our regular return procedure once the order is delivered.
